In essence this role is to optimise the availability of the Mill including all crushers, grinders and screens. Develop 13 week to 12months maintenance schedules through the delivery of safe and proficient maintenance strategies using primarily Oracle.

You’ll be given the autonomy to take on a greater leadership role with a diverse team of maintenance floor teams, site crews, schedulers and trades. Influencing and driving people will be an important element of this role as you will need be relied upon by the maintenance department to add motivation and expertise to the team.

They have a learning and development plan, you will have the option and of choice of desired training and refreshers.  Maintenance software support and additional supervisory experience will make you a pretty desirable candidate for future Superintendent roles.

 

FIFO out of Perth on a 8:6 roster. Well maintained accommodation on site is provided which includes Foxtel, a pool, tennis courts and a gym. Communication facilities are also available to stay in touch with those back home.

 

Salary Range: $138,887 - $102,569 plus private family health cover.
